Emma Marian Ltd. is a family owned and operated business that has been incorporated since 1960 as a distributor of Magazines, Newspapers and other Periodicals to outlets in Western Canada. We represent about 500 titles, covering a wide range of interests, including alternative press, special interest and niche magazines. Our reputation is built upon prompt, friendly, customer service and a wide variety of magazines and newspapers. Our aim is to help you increase your profitability by supplying the titles that your customers want. Following, is a quick and concise outline of how we do business. We like to keep things simple, for us and for you. To that end, please feel free to let us know how we can help you. Accounting: -We must have a completed and signed credit application before we begin shipping. -Payments are due, in full, no later than 30 days from the date of your statement. -Accounts that fail to maintain satisfactory payment records, may be placed on hold until payment arrangements are made. Shipping: -There is a $2.00 service charge on each delivery. Returns: -Full return credits are issued on returns up to 90 days from the delivery. -To receive credit, you must send the full front cover with the barcode intact. -The same applies to the British Newspapers, the full front page must be returned for credit. -A completed return form must accompany the covers. Customer Service: -Draw changes will be implemented as soon as requested, according to availability. -Reports such as, your store’s Customer Draw List, are available upon request. -If you have any requests or questions, please direct your inquiries to any of the following, Sandro Girardi, Steve Girardi, Gail Girardi or Barry Upton.
